steering wheel doesn't return to center position?

Mine has been pulling to the left... Every time I let go of the wheel, it pulls left. (not the slow to return issue, I know the IS does that. I can drive strait in the right lane, slopped to the right, and when I let go it will still pull left up hill)
I have yet to take it in, though after reading this, I'm not sure that it will help...
