Legend, what does your paper work show if you can show that.
After my alignemnt I had done, it drives properly and don't have pulling issue with 4 new Avids which came with the car. The original alignment from the dealership was way off even thou it drove straight, but the car did feel like it was lacking grip or something - not after until the shop I went to did it correctly.

It was in an earlier post I posted it but I'll just post it here. RWD I assume and mine is a 08 250 for clarification.

They did the alignment again yesterday and it still pulls to the right. I take it back to the tire shop today and have them replace 1 of the front tires and so far i only see little impovement. What could be a problem ?

How about take the steering wheel off and see if the arrows are line up, if the arrows pointing toward each other that is good and if it not then adjust it , that the problem. The only thing that u havent do so right ? just unplugged a negative on the battery before you open the steering wheel hope that help....

Found this for you guys:
Not enough caster in alignment
- Adding another 1-1/2 to 2 degrees of caster to the alignment will help the return to center. Caster can be added by shortening the strut rod or by adjusting the upper control arm to move the top of the spindle rearward. Use the same alignment method for both sides of the vehicle. Be sure to tighten jam nuts after adjustments have been completed.

I always thought increasing toe in on the front will aid in return to center...

Seriously, I think most of these problems are tire issues. Neither my 350 nor my F have any issues at all with centering on OEM tires. Drifting right or left is most often a tire problem correctable by alignment, but the real solution is better tires.

i experience this daily on my IS - also on my parents IS, and my buddies IS. its mostly at lower speeds, going around turns in parking garages. you need to bring the wheel back to center.
when i first drove the IS, i thought i had a flat tire, bc thats basically the feel that you get through the steering wheel - as if the tires are dragging along the pavement.
i think its common to the IS.
