Was wondering what the concensus is here regarding ceramic brake pads? I had ceramic brake pads on my previous car (94 Honda Prelude) to cut back on brake dust. I noticed hardly if any brake dust at all. That to me is worth the extra $ to keep my wheels cleaner looking between washes.

Ceramic pads are good. I forgot what the oem pads are made of, but they're about the same price, if not... Cheaper to go with the OEM ones.
Rotors are just pieces of floating metal, so I personally don't think it's necessary to go OEM on those.

If you don't care about a performance pad/rotor combo, go with NAPA's best rotor (Brembo blank I believe) and whatever pad you want.
