The rear one fits, not sure about front.

Both would fit. The Front ISF sway bar is the same OD as the IS F-Sport bar (28.6mm). The rear is 17mm on the ISF and 19mm on the F-Sport Bar.

Lou, will the front sway also fit 09 IS 250 as well?

^^^^Yes, the all ISX50 RWD 4 door models use the same sway bars.
