Megan and BC coils are under the Bor-Chuann Enterprise. D2 makes KSport coilovers. They're separate entities and are not relabeled for each other. You have BC reps admitting they manufacture Megan coils, but they will also tell you they are no way related to D2 other than the fact that they're conveniently located within miles of each other. Mind not blown.
