Default What coilovers would you choose?

Basically I have a $1000 to get coilovers for my 98gs.. My plans are to just drop the car really nice and daily it. I'm not really a performance freak and besides the fact that 225/35/20's all around already make my car drive like the ****. Question is for the application listed above which coils would you chose? My ranges are these:

tanabe sustec pro
tein super streets
ksports
megan ez streets
or d2racing

anyone's 2cents?

My 2 cents is, search. There are hundreds of threads exactly like this and they give you plenty of information on each of the coilovers you have listed.

Or better yet, find the rare LS+. You have a better chance spotting a unicorn.

I ended up with megan LPs from circuit motorsports... Now what sucks is, Ive never had coilovers in my life.. Any dampering suggestions to try right off the bat?

Start with the middle setting. Adjust up or down from there.

Does lowering by 1 setting MAKE that much of a difference? Or until your like 2 settings down that you start noticing a different feel?

Also what is a reasonable price range for a coilover installation?

I'd recommend BC Racing coilovers over everything you have listed there.

If you want some help with a set or your setup shoot us a PM

I'm w/ CM, I bought my set of BC extreme drop kits through them and they ride like a Lexus just 7 inches lower, lol

No not really. Most of the time you don't feel anything and if you do, it's psychological. Most coilovers are different but most of them have useless dampers. They throw in more clicks to make you feel good about it when reality its not noticeable until you've crank it some more.

I normally adjust in increments of 2-3 clicks.
