hmmm thats weird. i wouldnt blame the sway bar either. maybe how you're driving it?
better yet, as mention above. just get a full coilovers system

Im on S-tech also on stock shocks for about 30k miles never had any problem wit them or had to replace my LBJ

Are you replacing the LBJ with factory Lexus parts? If you're using anything else that might be the problem, but like everyone else on here said already what you're experiencing isn't normal. My 2001 just hit 160K and I just replaced them as a precautionary measure.
