Just installed Toms 6 pc links! I like em!
Some background and my impressions of the latest mod.
Started with TRD in front STB and LCB. Next was Steering ECU. Then came Bilsteins/Eibach combo and then Toms rear STB and 6 pc link kit. Feels really great now.
You may remember some old posts where I was looking to tighten up the rear and keep it from walking over bumps, especially when cornering.
Now it tracks much, much better. I think alot of it may be because my GS4 is older (98) and has over 75K on it, but it really stiffened up, kind of like getting muscle tone. Definitely recommend to all. Thanks Steve Ganz (and Angel)!
Still waiting on sways and deciding on an exhaust before picking Toms Type A or B Lower Chassis Brace as the last mods. Well maybe the last will be the LSD and TC ......

Congrats on the install. Was it as easy as i said it was ?
I'm waiting for my digi cam to come in before i finish my install. I want to take detailed pics. of the job. Maybe some other member can benefit from them.

Congrats! Just wait until you get those last couple of pieces on, especially the sways.... Pretty much exactly the same setup as my suspension.
Also, it NEVER ends (but you've figured that out already... )

1niceride,
If you can get pics, that would be great. I will be putting f/r LCBs on soon. Then I will only have the STBs (still waiting) and the 6-link left to get and install. These pics would be a great future reference. Maybe if it is complete enough, Ethan can put it into the Info/DIY area.

Thanks
I will get some pics of them before they turn too dirty. Need to wait til I get some more free time on my neighbors lift. He made it to the Nationals in the Pro Mod bracket, first time out, and he is working round the clock over there on his monster. (1500+ HP)
Can't wait for the sways, I am reallly considering trying the Intrash because I am getting tired of waiting for the TRDs.
1niceride - the install was almost as easy as you said, needed to take off the exhaust hangers because I had couldn't get the tools in there for the rearmost pieces. Other than that, a breaker bar and some elbow grease is all you need. The schematics suck, but there is really only one place each of them can go. It is simple. 2 hours for me.
BTW - I plan to put the stock springs back on when I do the sways. I love em for decreasing the body roll but, puttin in 25K miles a year of driving has made me tired of the Eibachs after about 15K. Look for em in the classifieds when I get sways.

nudderGS400,
Look also into the Daizen sway set. TMEngineering.net sells them. I do not have any experience with them since I have the TRD sways. I think there have been brief discussions about them though.
I know how you feel about the sways. It took a while to get mine. I am not sure why TRD production is so slow.
