Default Maxing out Tein CST coils.. bad?

Just curious.. right now I have my 2IS dropped on Tein CST's but they are maxed out (lowest it can go).

I'm just curious if it will harm the integrity of the coils by riding on them maxed out.

It just sucks that I already got an alignment and I want to raise it a little so I would have a peace at mind, but then I would have to get another alignment.

Any thoughts?
