Default Suspension..05 GS430 lowering

Hey, wanted to know some advice on lowering my 05 gs 430...only want to drop it one inch to one and a half inch..also seems like the front end sits naturally a little higher than the rear for some reason...and the 400's and 300's don't seem to have that issue..so that will have to be corrected in the process to make it more even looking...I want to make sure it rides smooth like the stock suspension but also a little tight not like a boat...would I need caber kit, or tie or sway bars, I want it to be perfect. no clue what brands can provide this for me...Let me know thanks..

Are you looking to lower the front to even out the gaps, or do you plan on lowering the rears also?

I recommend getting Tanabe DF210 Springs. Its right around the drop you are looking for and pretty even wheel gap front and rear. Here's a photo of them installed on my car from last year. It felt as smooth as stock to me but I've heard some people claim they feel stiffer. I personally didn't feel any difference, but being lower definitely felt less roll on high speed turns. You won't need any camber kits or sway bars.

i recommend 40mm (about 1.6 inches) front SAGE RCA kit and 30mm (about 1.18 inches) rear SAGE RCA kit w/ camber adjustments. You keep your stock suspension and use the RCAs to drop the car. Its a DIY installation rating...of 6/10.

Running the 40mm front RCA requires at least 17 inch wheels to avoid rubbing the inner barrel.

Check out this thread....

CK6speed had a GS430 too...he swapped out his Fortune Coilovers for EXACT front 38mm front RCA kit and SAGE 30mm rear RCA kit. Later on, he installed the SAGE 40mm front RCA kit for the extra 2mm drop.

According to Exact's website you need to have coilovers for their RCAs to work? Is this true? Or can you use them with stock suspension?

You can use RCA with stock suspension. Your alignment angles will change though, especially camber.
