Ok update: 97-00 had a bigger front ear on the control arm which is the same id as the rear bushing but shorter so there is no way to get the bushings in a 97-00 lca with out Jerry rigging it which is not how I roll so the only question I have from you guys is can pre 97 control arms work in a 97 chassis? if not then why?

You either have steel Supra control arms or received the wrong bushing kit. I installed this kit on my 1998 with no problems besides having to cut that lip away as shown in the pics above.

for sure they will work... i put 98 lca's on my 95 and they fit fine...

Ok good to know^^ I know 97-00 had this style of lca and these bushings are for 92-96 so I just screwed up a good lca which I found some good lca's from a 93 at the yard for fairly cheap so I will just install these bushings in those and bolt them up and hope there is no ill effects.

whats fairly cheap??? man i feel bad when ppl go on a mission... no one ever helps me but i like helping ppl...

like i mentioned earlier dude, i have a set of 95 LCA. if u pick them up u can have them. spending money on stupid sh* T annoys me... and i dont need them.!

people there are 2 different sizes of bushes for the lca

early lca front 49.5mm
early lca rear 54.8mm
late lca front 46mm
late lca rear 51.1mm

Well the yard charges 20.00 per side which I guess I am willing to gamble as to wether they will work for my 97 even if I put new bushings in but pm sent

I ordered some urathane bushings from e-bay for 85.00 per side and they claim it will fit now their dia is 50mm and 56mm so we will see as soon as they get here, They are the ones I linked on page one.
