why doesn't anyone just buy new arms?

they are $218 for the pair brand new.....

Or is the PBS bushings going to be better than the OEM ones? I live in cold climate in the winter months so squeaking may be an issue with the poly bushings.

So listen to how TM did me....I didnt heed the warnings and sent him an email asking about the bushings. On Thanksgiving he emailed me and said they were in stock and limited quantities but if I ordered them by the Friday after Thanksgiving Id have them Monday or Tuesday. I went ahead and ordered them and guess what.......still no bushings. I called my credit card company to dispute the charges and I wasn't ever charged. This guy is a complete waste and its probably best that there 1K+ miles separating us I ordered them from sewell today and Im sure Ill have them soon. Probably shoulda listened.....

And much cheaper to do the psb. I know first hand the headache it is to do the bushings versus the entire arm but for the price I was willing to give it a shot. In the end, it was worth it. Now that the psb bushings have been on the car for a few weeks and several hundred miles they seem to feel better, by better I mean not so stiff.

The credit card company will. I am dealing with a guy off ebay selling me a different engine harness and I didn't figure it out till 2 1/2 months after when I went to install everything.

Hey he never even responded to my email asking if they were still available.

But I am finally shake free after I replace this cupped tire first of the week. It was a combo of my castor bushing, LBJ, and pretensioner on steering rack needed tightening. I only have my UCA and inner tie rod left so I am going to go ahead and replace those as well.

Are these the same as '4867030240
ARM SUB-ASSEMBLY, FRONT SUSPENSION, LOWER NO.2 (LH - LEFT / DRIVER SIDE' for the GS400 1998, cause it appears they are 177 each.

I was charged back in September, never got my bushings and multiple emails later asking to cancel, filed a BBB complaint and he never responded to that. He's got a "F" rating on the BBB, so now to dispute with my credit card company after all this.

A noob and alil confused here... So when changing the caster arm (#2) bushings, is that the only bushings needed to be replaced? I'm ordering lbj, outer tie rods, and steering rack bushings. I want to do everything in one shot.
