Used springs, would you buy?
I have a chance to pick up a set of H&R springs that were used for 1 year for $125. If I bought new, it would cost me $330. Would you buy used?

I bought used....used springs are not a bad buy. Depending on how long they've been on a car you don't have to wait for the ride to settle. As long as the springs don't look cut or beat up then you're good to go. But IMO, $125 for some used H&R springs...you probably can wiggle and get it for $100. Search around the forums and you'll see a majority of springs go for about 100 bucks. Just my 2 cents.

As far as springs settling goes, if they're installed right they're "settled" if they're installed incorrectly then your chances are that it will take a few weeks to "settle". H&R are hard to come by new, even more used. If they were used for a year I don't see a problem there. The price is good and I'm sure you'll like them.
