2010 Lexus IS350 low dust pad part# ?
And regular pad #.About to order a OEM front set and want to make sure the pads are the low dust pads.
Wondering what part# 04465-30450 is.Low dust or regular pad.That's the number pad Sewell shows for my '10.
However in a search I see 04465-30410 as the regular pad part #.

"the set (part number 04465-30450) is the updated part number from Lexus. The 04465-30410 (old number) is no longer available."
So the 04465-30450 is the regular pad.
04465-30400 seems to be the correct part# .

04465-30410 is the original performance pad part number. It is still available (factory used on 06-08 USA models and 06-12 Canada models)
04465-30400 is the low-dust optional pad part number. (factory used on 09-12 USA models)
04465-30450 is the TSIB brake pads meant to address the front brake squeal on IS/GS models. They are to be used in conjunction with new shims and rotors (04945-30330, 43512-30350 and 43516-30040)
04465-30400 are the pads that would have come on your car, and they are the low dust pads. 04465-30450 would appear to me to also be low dust pads, since the TSIB lists them as replacing 04465-30400, however I have not used them, I do not know what their pad compound is. The high dust pads are Textar T4146, the low dust pads are NBK D6893H.

Yes,the 04465-30450 seem to be low dust and the only pad listed on Sewell's site for the IS350.
I don't know which pad is on my IS but the dusting isn't too bad but not as good as the TSB pad replacement on my '06 IS.
I'm thinking my pads now may be the 04465-30450 because that's Sewell's only replacement pad listed.
Sewell has two pad choices on the listing on the GS350 which is the same pad as the IS350.
There was the same two choices for the IS350 too a couple of months ago but not anymore.

04465-30450 pads don't come on any cars from the factory. They are purely a service-replacement part as part of the TSB for brake squealing.
Your car came with 04465-30400 pads in it, which should be the same as what they put in your '06 when they did the TSB. Unless you've had them replaced once already, that should be what is in there.
04465-30410, 04465-30400 and 04465-30450 are all still available and stocked. You can buy any of these three pad sets. 04465-30450 are intended to be used with the updated shims, etc., however I'm sure they would likely work without them as well.

No replacement.I only have 800 miles on a 'new' leftover '10 I bought during the summer.
Not the same pad part# as I had a '06 IS250AWD.Probably the same material but seems to dust a bit more.
I sold haven't had the '06 IS for a couple of years so maybe the dust amount is the same but seems like more.Then again,the 350 pad is a bit bigger. .

I was on Sewell earlier checking for the low dust pads, as I'm upgrading to IS350 calipers. It has this listing for the #30450 pads as "BRAKE PAD KIT, FRONT MARK NBK D6893H". I searched for the #30400 pads, but they just redirected me to the #30450 pads, which is what I'm planning to order. I just wanted to verify the part numbers and everything before I placed my order.
I found two fitting kits...
04947-50090 FITTING KIT, DISC BRAKE, FRONT
and
04947-22070 Brakes: Front Fitting Kit-Lexus Front Brake Fit Kit
Which one will work with the low dust pads that I'm ordering? If it doesn't really make a difference, I'd rather order the first one mentioned, as it's nearly half the price (not that 9 bucks matters anyways)
