Default Installed new supra arms...car still rides like ****

Got new supra LCAs put in and alignment done.
The car handles a little better but still rides like crap. Theres no more steering wheel rattle when going over harsh surfaces but the car still tramlines when the road is uneven.
The ride is just as harsh as before, I can feel the road reflectors and painted cross walk lines.
The shocks seems fine, no leakage but its extremely stiff, there's barely any give when I try bouncing the car, are they shot? Its all stock 90k miles

Did you change the bushings to polyurethane? Tramlining might be shot steering rack bushings.

stock shocks with 90k? You can just about bet they are shot which is something most people over look since they may not leak externally however internal seals can shrink/wear and cause a crappy ride.

Check out your steering rack bushings for that "tram lining" issue.

I am pretty sure my rack bushings are shot.
If I turn my wheel to full lock and drive around in a circle can I feel the steering rack shifting.....
Sometimes it shifts and then it drives straight.

Make sure ALL of your front suspension mounting bolts are tight and torqued properly
