Default First Major Car Mod/Repair

I've had my 2002 is300 for about half a year now and it has finally given me my first problem. For the past month, when I would step on the brakes, I would hear a very loud metal on metal grinding noise coming from the front passenger side wheel (sort of sounds like snow being packed under tires). At first I thought it might be a rock, so I took it to my local brake shop and after an inspection they said it was due to my rotors (idk how specifically). They also said I had a blown strut and that my caliper hardware was broken/missing.

They quoted me for:

OEM "Type" Front Pads ($75)
OEM "Type" Rear Pads ($50)
Front Caliper Hardware ($60)
Front Rotors ($260)
Front Passenger Shock ($140)

I did some searching around and found parts for much cheaper and are actually OEM, I was just wondering if anyone has dealt with them:

2003 IS300 Sedan: Lexus Shopping Center

Since the front passenger shock is blown, I feel like now would be a good time to drop the car I've done some research but would like some more input. I'm looking for a great looking DD combo, from what I've seen H&R springs with Tokico Illuminas are the way to go. Are there any vendors here that anyone could recommend?
