I've tried replacing everything at this point, and have ruined one brand new caliper because I thought the original one had just seized...until after replacing it and realizing that wasn't the problem. It may be the ABS module, but if you have SS lines available I would try those too. I'll let you know how my install goes, I should get it all in by mid next week.

I had the same problem, only i rebuilt my calipers. I got to the point where i just removed the POS ABS and ran new lines with ls400 upgrade. Never had a problem since!
