Default 2IS300 chassis compatibility with 2ISX50 (sway bars, springs, shocks, exhaust?)

Hi there,

Am a new member and this is my first post. I am so happy to have found this forum as I am starting to "improve" my middle eastern IS300. I am living and working in the UAE (Emirate of Dubai).

After lurking in the forum and chatting with Rash (many many thank again for your kind help, tips and the warm welcome) I have a few general questions I hope to find some kind owners answering to me. My IS300 is stock model year 2007.

I am looking to enhance cornering stability, removing body roll and general tune up the cars' performance a bit. I would also like to install a borla or blitz exhaust. I am not so keen on lowering the car much.

Question: are shocks, springs, sway bars generally compatible between is 250/350 and 300 of the same model year?

So here is my plan and please give me feedback if it makes sense.

- Blitz air intake
- Borla exhaust
- F-sport front and rear sway bars (if they fit) if not which ones do?
- F-sport springs for slightly lowering the car

Leave the rest stock for now.

I would do sway bars and air intake first, see how happy I am with that and then go for exhaust and springs or coil overs I needed.

What do you think?

Thanks a lot in advance an kind regards,
Koolpep

Def get the sway bar first if wanna improve the roll. Then I would lower next. If you want a minimum drop go with spring. But coilover are the way too go if you wanna adjust the height. All 250/350 and 300 in your area year 06-11 should interchange for what your buying.
