Then you should get coilovers.
Once you get springs, your stuck at that height and how the ride feels. While coils let you adjust the height and make the ride soft or stiff
Any issues with warranty of vehicle with Coils? Also were do you purchase these coils? Best brands/place to buy?
Technically you would have a warrnaty "issue" with any aftermarket part you put on the car.
Your warranty is void on any part that you replace.
The most popular brands are Megan and BCR. If you dont plan on tracking the car or having an aggressive stance, the Megans will work just fine. Check with out vendors for pricing
Will one of these two give me a smoother ride then the other? I would like to keep my current ride smoothness or if possible make it even smoother but drop down about 2" in the front and 1-3/4" in the rear.
Also I do not want the drop to effect any of the sensors in my 2011 IS350C like the tire pressure or traction control.. is there a max amount I can drop with out effecting any of the sensors or messing with tire wear?
Those are both good coils, and both are 30 way adjustable if I'm not mistaken. Tire wear may be an issue depending on how low you are and how aggressive your wheels are. I don't think you will have any tire pressure sensor issues

The wheels are the stock 18" Lexus 5 spoke but they are the upgraded wheels from Lexus as I think the standard wheels are 17".... or at least that is what the printed out window sticker/option sheet states.
