Part# 04465-30400 is the low-dust optional pad part number.

Are they just as good as stock without the excessive brake dust? I just hate washin the wheels every 2 days. I would like to buy some.

My '10 came with the low dust pads so I don't know.
However,I had an '06 IS250 a few years ago and did the low dust pad TSB done and don't remember any big difference in brake feel.I remember being very happy.
Well worth the less dust,IMO.

Define "as good"

They stop the car in the exact same distance, because brake pads don't change stopping distance in normal use.

The feel different. Some prefer one over the other... (I prefer the low dust pads as you have a wider range in which you can modulate the brakes rather than the on/off feel of the high dust pads... some folks like the snapyourneckifyoutouchthem brakes though)
