Funny How brake section in their store is "new" and this thread just so happens to pop up haha.

2 ea RB high strength single piece cast iron extended bracket specifically engineered for IS stock caliper
2 ea RB alloyed and heat treated, slotted and directional (curve vane) true high performance Supra TT rotors. 323x30mm (12.7" x1.2".),
all for $550, how is this not a good deal?
What "kind of quality" are you referring to?
Perhaps the rough finish on the bracket in the last comparison pic?
With regard to your second comment, I really am not sure when the FIGS brake products came out as I am not a rep for FIGS, nor am I a CL activist.
I just demand the most for my money, the most "bang for the buck", and this kit offers just that.
The only other options I see, that even begin to compare with the performance of this IS300 BBK, would be a Set of Supra TT Calipers at ~$350 ea. and then add good quality directionally vaned TT rotors that together are easily going to run you $200 combined, add in $80 for a set of good pads, so that would total out at nearly $1000.
I am looking to get the same/better braking performance at a $450+ SAVINGS.
I welcome your thoughts and input.

Hi guys, I need your feedback to determine if we should spend time on this over any of the other projects that are pending. We had had these kits out for 3 yrs, and the reference is actually our old site. www.shopfigs.com is our new one. Champ came to us and asked if it could work and we would need to spend time to adapt the adapters so to speak. It might be slightly more expensive, it all depends on how willing RB will be to participate in the effort. They are already sending us a bracket so I can play with it.
We tested the is300 kit in full racing applications in the Vegas heat. The high speed section of the track was a 120mph section and using aggressive pad compounds. The setup never experienced fade and had been run for over 4 years on that vehicle. If you have any questions on the kit you can direct them to me.

im thinking this is not going to happen but if it is I would be interested in it. Also will the factory 16" wheel still work?
and we would be keeping our original calipers I take it?
additionally what if we just want to get our own rotors?
I am very skeptic of rotors as there are so many cheap brands that sell for a premium.. plus I'm not interested in slots, i don't think they do much other then asthetics.. unless your auto crossing every day.. I've had good luck with KVR so I'd probably want to stick with the same. Please let me know what the brackets would run.. I am interested.
