I feel like I'm reading code or something

OP: can you edit your post so we can understand it better?

Are you talking about rebuilding it?

that's when you have to rebuild your coilovers because they're tired and old from regular use (or track abuse).

BC racing coilovers are designed "differently" so that you don't have to send the entire coilover assembly to them for rebuilding, but rather swap out a "cartridge" so you face the least amount off downtime. iirc, it's about $100 per corner?

you'll have to contact BC racing for more information. i'm also sure CircuitMS can chime in.

The warranty will probably only follow the original purchaser, but contact the company and ask.

Warranty is different than rebuilding. Warranty covers the cost of the parts (ie. cartridge) for up to a year. This generally applies to the original owner only. Anyone can buy new shock cartridges because you're paying for it.

If a warranty requires that you pay for parts, then it's not much of a warranty.

You will have no warranty.

However you can still get new shocks sections from BCR for $95 a corner to rebuild them yourself.
