Keep in mind if your car is a 98-00 or Zenki then the TRD caster bushings will work. The 01-05 are the Kouki and will not work with the TRD caster bushings. They do not make a kouki caster bushing. The front lower control are bushings are the same for both models.

I just tore one of my Daizen bushigns today, so I'm going to order new TRD ones instead.

Are the ROCA caster bushings for the 98-00 or 01-05 GS?

Roca recently changed their listing of the bushings. They had P/N RC-666092 listed for the 98-05 GS300/400
but now they have the same P/N listed only for the 89-00 GS300. I talked to Paul at Roca and he said they are trying to verify that part fits the 01-05 GS300.
For you guys that installed this part in your 01-05 GS are you having any issues with them.?

The ones I bought were listed as being for "98-05 GS300/400/430", and they fit perfectly into my '01 GS430, no issues.

I bit the bullet and went with these. Pressed in just fine but one noticeable issue...the bushing ring doesn't appear to go all the way to the end even though from the top, it looks pressed in all the way. Are the Roca's shorter??

I thought I read that Sewell sold the 03-05 castor arms that are thicker than the 98-02 arms and came with the TRD bushings. Is this wrong?

They're not thicker. The 03-05 has the TRD bushings pressed however, it's not poly, its the same hard rubber that came with the car. 98-00 had the smaller arms, althought certain 2000 models that were built late had the larger arm. I think its the 00 model that was manufactured after June of 1999. I have a 2000 and the larger armwas already on the car. 00-02 had the larger arm but didn't have the TRD bushing pressed into them

Maybe I missed it, but can you confirm the part# and the source you get your ROCAs from?

Hey there, did you get an update on this situation? I have a 1999 and don't know whether I should order the part number you listed.

Smile TRD caster arm bushing confusion

Hello everyone, thank you all for the TRD bushings info firs of all. I have a question and hope you guys van help me resolve the issue!
I have been emailing with RHDjapan regarding the caster arm bushing set Part Num: 48655-JS610. Since the almost same item Part Num: 48655-JS600 has been discontinued and no longer available I ordered the Part Num: 48655-JS610, assuming it will fit Aristo JZS160 .I have 2004 GS300 and based on my VIN it is 2JZ-GE and it should be Kouki as the refer to it.
RHDjapan said they will not fit my car since based on this : http://www.trdparts.jp/english/list_aristo.html
they are for a previous year model.
I wand to ask if anyone has any idea if those bushes will fit a 2004 GS300 or a Kouki or will the caster arms be too DEEP for the outside metal cover of the bushing? ANd if the DONT fit do i need the Part Num: 48655-JS600. Thank you and i apologize if such question has been discussed before but i couldn't realize it.

I am going to order the bushings by Roca off Ebay. I was wondering whether I should buy them as listed for left and right side, or just get two of the same part number, since both sides are the same. What do you think?

Thanks for the reply! In the meanwhile I went ahead and ordered each separately. I figured that way I could get more trade history with ebay, if that's worth anything. Now I expect to recieve two boxes that are the same, funy.
