help removing LCAs please
so im not a noob to turning wrenches but is totally shtting in my breakfast:
theres the pivot joint attaching the sway bar to the LCAs wont break lose, the bolt is rotating with the entire joint.
- will i need an impact? ( i dont have access to one)
- or should i use an open ended wrench and put an allenwrench inside of the small opening to
the bolt from turning also? ( i dont wanna break some allen wrenches for no reason)
pictures of whats causing me trouble
and the second camber bolt (24mm) wont budge. I've removed the complementary nut and tried HAMMERING the bolt out. nothing. please advise if you can!

A thin set of needle nose locking pliers to hold the sway bar bolt, spray penetrating oli on the a-armsbolts, put the not on half of the threads and hit squarely with a med-large ballpeen hammer till loose.

For the sway, youll need an allen to keep the stud from rotating, maybe some heat on the nut too.
For the caster bolt, try hammering the arm up and about and keep hammering the bolt. I remember when putting my lca back on, i had to wiggle and force the bolt through, so theres probably something going on there.

The end links have a spot to put a hex key in the end and then while holding the key, undo the nut. Problem is, that thing strips out. Best way I've found to get that thing off is to use a Dremel to make a slot on a side of the nut and then putting a chisel or flat head screwdriver in that slot to open up the nut and off it comes.
For the LCA bolt, put a scissor jack under the brake rotor and jack it up to take tension off that bolt. Then hit it with a hammer after putting the nut on the end so you don't mangle the threads. Once you get it going, put a screwdriver on the thread end of the bolt to continue pounding it out (the screwdriver then goes through the hole). It takes some work to get that thing out. When putting it back together, put the screwdriver back in to line everything up before you try with the bolt.

What I did to remove the bolt for the end links was just lift one side of the car at a time. Since it's attached to the stabilizer bar, if there's weight on one side it's gonna have a pull on the lifted side, thus keeping the bolt from rotating until it's loose enough to be removed by hand.
DON'T HAMMER THE CASTER BOLT OUT!!! Don't make the same mistake I did! I hammered it until the end got rounded, then when I was putting it back, the nut wouldn't go in anymore, I had to grind the end even so can reuse the bolt... Anyways, like what ArodDaLob said, try moving the LCA up/down to loosen the bolt from being stuck.. It's only stuck because it have been in that position for so long.. There's really no part there that's corrosive..

try using a torch or map gas, heat up where the sleeve is corroded onto the bolt, order a new bolt assy while your at it,cut off the end link and replace it with a new one.i got lucky doing mine because whoever went in there before me put anti seize on the bolts.good luck btw
