Looking to upgrade to some drill/slotted rotors and get new brake pads for the car. My question is are the RWD and AWD the same and use the same parts or are they different? Also where are some good places where I can get these?
Thanks

Unless you're taking the car on a race track moving to slotted rotors will be a downgrade... it won't function any better, and will eat through pads about 25% faster.
Switching to drilled is always a downgrade regardless of track use or not, as they not only eat pads faster, they're prone to stress cracks compared to slotted rotors.
There's nothing you can "upgrade" on your brake parts that will cause a functional improvement in normal street braking.
If you want the car to stop shorter in normal use then get better tires since the tires are what actually stops the car.
Disclaimer- if you're doing this for cosmetic reasons and are aware of, or don't care, about the functional reasons that blank rotors are superior on a street car then ignore all of the above.
But to address your question-
http://is.sewellparts.com/accessorie...2008/1880.html
shows the same rotors for the 250 with no regard to AWD vs RWD
