I recently reinstalled my IS250 brakes after selling my Endless brakes and now both front brakes are ginding at all speeds and even louder when I turn the wheel. The brakes didn't grind before I took them off. Does anyone have any recommendations or ideas of what it could be?

A friend said it might be because I didnt install the dust shields. can anyone shine some light?

Thinking out loud here...perhaps they have seized up due to non-usage over the months/years?

did you possibly hit one or both of the backing plates so that its hitting the rotor? I assume means even when you're not on the brakes?

Yeah it grinds when I'm not on the brakes at all speeds. There aren't any rocks on the pads either.
