Mine ended up being the caster arm bushings, the ones I replaced two years ago with Daizens. I think the Daizen design is pretty crappy. I went back to OEM type bushings and it has been smooth as silk ever since.

Alright thanks, I also ordered a set of 05 Caster Arms with the TRD equivalent bushing, I'm hoping this solves it, so the sounds in the video was like yours too back then?

Thanks Again

I have that same noise in my car. I just bought a 2001 GS. Keep us updated if thats the fix.

Where did you get the Caster arms bushings from?

My noise sounded exactly like yours, so hopefully this will do it. If you have the original caster arm bushings, I guarantee you that they are shot at this point.

I got the Roca's from e-bay. This is another option from TRD.

Frankly, if I did it again, I'd just get new caster arms for $111 each and save the hours of extra work needed to press out the bushings.

Megan's EZ rubber top hats wore out in 6 months???

Where the rubber top hats broken when you removed them?

This is very rare as the rubber top hats typically last a long time.

Sorry I forgot to mention, It was the OEM strut suspension that has been replaced with the Megan EZ's back in July which solved my problems. The EZ's don't come with rubber top hats.

Of course they do.

Megan EZ come with rubber top hats on a blue aluminum plate.

Megan LP come with solid top hats on a reddish aluminum plate.

Am I not remembering correctly or did you forget to leave in your caster arm sleeves when you installed your Daizen caster bushings?
