If you can find their current address I would go see if you can check them out. They USED to be a full shop, not sure what happened.

I visited Todd at TM Engineering years ago when I was in Socal for vacation....called him ahead of time to be sure he was at the shop...bought the bushing kit at the time....he showed me around his shop and his current projects.

I ordered a set of steering rack bushings from Tm 2 weeks ago for a 2002 GS430 and got a package from Todd 4 days later with bushings for a 99 sc300/400. I guess he just sends you what ever he has whether its the part you bought or not.
I emailed and i am being totally ignored. Im also out $51 dollars but al least I have parts that I don't need for a car I don't own. The guy is a thief. buy bushings somewhere else.

Im sure he will still get a pass from a lot of forum members though.

^ did you try to resell the sc300/400 bushings?

He's probably got alot of orders in and with one guy running it you've probably got to realize he's only one person.

I make hand made custom hunting knives and I'm only one guy too. If you ordered a knife from me and I sent you something that you didn't order and ignored all your emails telling me you didn't get what you ordered and paid for, would that be okay? I'm only one person.
Would you try and sell it to someone else?

I'm not in the car parts resale business so it's not acceptable to buy a part that I need and get what ever he feels like sending me. I don't care if he is only one person. If you don't want to answer an email then send me the part that I ordered with a note and instruction on where to return the part.
Ther is no excuse to ignore a paying customer.

Same thing just happened to me. I ordered a set of 2GS front control arm bushings and received a set of SC rear bushings. And , of course, have been ignored when I've tried to resolve the issue. This isnt just a matter of being patient and waiting for my parts. I wouldnt trust him at this point to send the correct part if he asked me to send back the wrong part first. And I doubt he'll send the correct part first. I bought front SC bushings from him years ago and everything went fine, That didn't mean a thing this time. Just because some of you have had a good experience with him doesnt make him a good guy. One man operation.... So what!
