Default Strange suspension noise. Anyone up for a guess?

Happens when I'm going over little sharp bumps. It sounds like a set of keys dangling, or a few coins hitting against each other. That's the best way I can describe it.

My suspension setup is basically OEM. I have supra tt spring installed. My front shocks are gone and I will be replacing them with Tokicos in a few days, but it doesn't sound like this is a shock problem.

Top strut mounts, maybe?

Help!

Glad to hear I'm not alone. I've been poking around the bottom to hear if there are any loose heat shields but can't find anything that is loose.

Anyone know of any "hidden" or hard to find heat shields?

Yes, I need to do the bushings... the LCA bushings for sure.

Anyhow, to update this thread, I found out what the noise war. It turned out to be a loose sway bar end link. The nut was completely missing. It must hsve forgotten to tighten the nut when I installed it a few months back. LOL.

But yes, LCA and steering rack bushings will go on in the next couple of weeks..

that happened to me when i first bought my sc300. It sounded like dangling keys from the rear. I later found out it was just the shield or cover for the brakes. I just tightened it and it all went away.
