For those really low and aggressive setups what do you guy prefer for spring rate?

Im about to order BCs but not sure on what spring rate to get..

I want it to be stiff enough not to move on or closest to stiffest setting but also be comfortably enough at the softest setting for daily?

14k/12k?

I had 14k/12k on my BC, but I wish I ordered 16/14 or even stiffer.

Do you still rub on your set up with 14/12? how was your ride at the stiffest setting?
