Help: ABS BREAK check light on????

Today I came to my IS250 with the ABS and Break light on.

Also the brake is really hard to press on and I can't turn the car on because I can't press the breaks!!

HELPPPP!!!!! :,(

I and several other members have experienced the "stiff" brake pedal at start-up issue. It seems to have been just a phantom issue, as after a week it went away. I can tell you this however, when this happened to me I got no warning cluster lights illuminate.
