steering rack - variable valve questions
I currently have my steering rack variable valve (hope thats the right term) disconnected because my custom engine harness didn't come with the plug. The steering effort at idle and low speed sucks and I was hoping that I could do something about it, hopefully a quick fix. With that being said, I noticed that there are two plug/wires coming off of the plug which goes to the steering rack valve.
If I apply 12v voltage to this, will it open up the valve 100% or does it open up dependent on voltage amount? AND IF, the voltage is stopped, will it remain at the current valve open setting, or will it go back to closed?
Sorry in advance for grammar and lack of description.
