Corvette Brakes on SC300

I'm not sure what happened, but I've been getting a few pm's about the brackets. In which I have responded. However my message box was full, for a week, a while back. . I wasn't expecting any pm's so I never bothered to log in. To my surprise, the box was full. I just made some for my buddy Joseph for his MK3. I ran some extra sets if you still need a pair.

LRD, not sure what your resources are, but it seems like these brackets are in high demand. Might make sense (and be cheaper to you) to make a run of 100-200 of these brackets then sell them for a bit of a profit on here. I say this because I know I'll be looking for a set of brackets down the road too, haha

No sir. I don't run spacers.
Those are stock Enkie wheels from TireRack.com that were designated to fit a 1998 SC300. Custom paint job. Combination of gloss black, flat black, and body color red on rim lip portion.
I run 18 inch 245 mm tires in front and 265/35 18's in the back. 275 mm will fit just fine as well.
Lowered on (of course) BC Racing coilovers.
I bought just the calipers brand new for a 2006 ZO6 on eBay for $500 for the pair, plus $200 for a set of AC Delco pads. Although you can get other brand pads dirt cheap for these calipers.
If you shop around you can get really good deals on very good quality rotors by ACDelco, CENTRIC, and others for 2008 Lexus ISF.
Much less than $100 a piece
I found that you can have the rotors resurfaced at least once without replacing them.
I'm at the point now where I probably need a third set of pads, so I will get new rotors this time
I have a performance anti-sway bar up front, and the car turns completely flat in even high speed corners. Quite remarkable difference from stock. Night and Day.
I would say the combination of wide sticky rubber up front, plus those pads calipers and saved my life on I-95 many times.
I immediately felt that the stock front brakes and rotors to be unacceptable for driving in Southeast Florida.
I'd only had the car a few weeks before I upgraded the wheels tires and front brakes
Hope this helps.
