Default Suspension/Undercarriage Noise

Hey All, Please Help!

My '09 is250 has been experiencing weird clunking or rattling noises from what I think is coming from the suspension. It's almost unnoticable when the windows are closed but when the windows are down and I'm going 30mph+ over bumps, or cracks in the road, it gets really annoying. Like mentioned above, it's similar to loose metal rattle or something. I noticed other posts about this topic but they were all about aftermarket coil overs or springs. I have no suspension mods. I have recently installed 19" f sport rims and noticed the ride has become stiffer and the noise more pronounced. I haven't brought it in yet but I will definitely have the guys take a look at my next oil change. I can't really pin point what is the cause yet but am almost certain it's the suspension. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, please let me know. Thanks
