Default Brake line thread and pitch size

I took my SS brake lines off my old car and without thinking i didn't take the lines off from the hard-lines on the body and instead i just removed the SS lines without the adapter fitting so i have to go find an adapter and need to know what the thread size and pitch for the hard-lines are are thanks in advanced.
