Default BC racing coilovers installed...pics inside

hey guys i finally installed my BC Racing coilovers and I absolutly love them. Spring rates are 16k/10k and the ride is great. not too soft and not too hard. theres really a night and day difference with handling and over all feel of the car with coils.

I havn't really adjusted the height yet but I really like the way it sits now. I rolled my fenders and tucked the wiring harness in the wheel well up above the pinch weld and don't seem to have any issues so far. the only rubbing issues I'm having is the front wheels rubbing the frame/pinch welds over big dips or bumps. I'm just curious what you guys who are super low do about all the metal up in there.

Also I want to paint my rims. I'm thinking either black or gold. anyone have any suggestions?

Hammer the metal flat and relocate your harness.

I'd say leave them silver! What do you have them set at? Could stiffin them up a little. Also curious if you removed the UCA or not when installing them.

I have the dampening set 2 clicks from the hardest setting in the front

I raised the front up a 1/4" but I still rub a little on big dips are hard bumps when I'm turning. I'm going to relocate the harness this weekend. for now I tucked it above the pinch welds out of the way and made a piece to hold up and protect the harness with thick plastic. so if the tire rubs it acts as a shield.

No you do not. Unbolt the swaybar bracket from the lower control arm and swaybar link from the swaybar. You will be able to slide the shock/spring out easily.

Project Raine Garage Guides - Installing Springs

^^That is what I used and it worked great
