Default Rebuilding of Megan LP coilovers?

I put a little over 35k miles on my Megan LP coilovers on my 2009 IS250, and I think I'm hearing some faint squeaking from them when it's cold. Let's say if I end up wanting to swap them over to a 2012 IS350. My questions are:

1. Will they directly fit onto the 2012 IS350?
2. Should I rebuild them? If so any information where I can do that? Couldn't find it on search. Maybe they can't rebuild them?

I searched and found a really good thread https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sus...coilovers.html, but nothing pertaining to Megan LPs.

Pete, what you can do to check is lift up the car and see any oil is leaking from the coilovers, if it is then yes you need to rebuild it, also u can cleaner to clean all the dust and debris around the coils. Rebuild is not cheap, ranging from 120$ to 180$ each depending.

Thanks for the advise Kody. Either way, they are coming off and I'll check and clean them as preventative maintenance. But yeah, if rebuilding them costs that much, I might as well buy a new set. I'll have to try and contact them.

MIA- Sounds like I won't be able to get an answer too soon then

To me the way the Megans are made they are not meant to be rebuilt. Your best bet would be sourcing new shocks only.
