So i failed my inspection and need new front pads and roters. Any good recomendations on after market? Merchants quoted me 177 for parts (rotors and pads - fronts) for some napa, or advanced auto brand...anyone know if these will be good replacements? the price is cheap for parts only.

Are you able to you stick with OEM and get it from Sewell Lexus with CL discount if you wanted?

Check rockauto.com. I bought Concentric pads and rotors from them and have been very pleased with them. Did my install nearly two years ago, and still love em.

I searched everywhere possible and did lots of research comparing pads. i ended up paying 175 shipped from partsgeek.com for centric premium rotors and stoptech street performance pads. I notice more a bite compared to the stock ones and since both parts are made by the same company, i called the tech support and asked them excactly how they recommend bedding the pads properly and they really made it clear and helpful.
