have you tried asking our CL-approved vendors? i'm almost sure they can get you a competitive price if you're looking for BBK's.

Depending on your budget, you can get F-Sport, Brembo, Rotora, K-Sport, WP Pro, Project Mu, Endless, Jun-TW, Tom's, or Branew. Stoptech stopped selling their kit when the F-Sport came out, as they are the same. You can get a set on eBay still for around $5000. Prices range from $4,500 - $8,000+.

From bottom up, K-Sport and Rotora are lower end. F-Sport (Stoptech) and Brembo are pretty equal, Brembo will be more expensive to maintain rotors and pad wise. WP Pro, Project Mu, Endless are higher end. Jun-TW, Tom's, and Branew fall in the higher end, not sure if the price though justifies the performance, but they'll be rarer more exclusive BBKs.

Unless he's driving the car on a race track none of them will perform any "better" than the stock brakes.

A BBK is entirely for show in street use.

^Bingo. Just go with an IS350 brake pkg upgrade and upgrade your tires too.
