Default Rear Control Arms

I'm new to the Lexus scene, and I was surprised that the rear lower control arm ball joints are not replaceable. Mine are very worn, I get a sick feeling even thinking about pricing these from Lexus. Any other route to replacing the ball joints?

You must replace the arms totally. For the front arms you can use Supra MKIV parts but for the rear I do believe the only options are Lexus replacements or pressing in aftermarket bushings.
