I've got a recommendation...
Back on one of the other sites I frequent, in our dedicated "Tires and Wheels" Forum, we have one single sticky thread which is titled "Post specs here", and inside, it says:
Post your:
1.Brand of Rim
2.Rim size
3.Offset
4.Brand of tire
5.Tire size
6.Drop amount
7.Do they rub.
That way any time someone is looking for wheels/tires, they have a quick reference of all the different circumstances in one location which is apples to apples.
I've noticed that people have posted specs before but leave out one factor or another, Which makes the comparison impossible.
Searching for all circumstances is nearly impossible. Wadya think? The other site has over 100 replies to that thread, and close to 17,000 views. So if someone's up to it, Post a thread similar to what I said and leave it as a sticky so everyone can use it for reference.. My $.02

Re: I've got a recommendation...
well i am going to start it off:
1. Volk Racing AV3
2. 19"x8.5" front, 19"x9.5" rear
3. Offset should be either 39mm or 45mm
4. Yokohama AVS Sport
5. 245/35/19 front, 275/30/19 rear
6. dropped car using tein HA to 1 finger gap all around. that's at least 3 inches drop
7. the front initially rub, but after a while the tab got tucked in and no rubbing anymore. the rear never rubs. running coilover setting 8/6 (front/rear).
