Check the sway bar endlinks....tighten them down more on the control arm connection side. Worked for me. Going to grab a set of adjustable endlinks as I'm fairly certain all the noise is sway bar related. Pretty sure it's due to so much preload on one side of the car which the adjustable endlinks will hopefully clear up.

[QUOTE=Gville350;7422002]What did the shop set the spring pre-load at? If you didn't tell them, they probably installed them out of the box just as-is. There is probably your problem. Reset the preload per this video and then report back.

I was getting that clunking knocking sound on my front drivers side, oh man was I upset, tdid this today after watching the video and it worked like a charm. i went ahead and did both the fronts like in the video, while it was already installed, the second part of it, obviously not the first part.

^So you reset your spring preload and that fixed the clunk noise?

yes, it's totally gone now. I wasn't sure whether or not I really wanted to reset them but the clunking noise was really bad. If I went for a ride I could hear it 80% of the ride. I was really worried and upset. it was only coming front my front drivers side. When I reset them, I decided to go ahead and do both fronts. Difference was night and day, i no longer get any clunking noise.

^For your clunking sound, ensure that the bottom end of the spring is seated in the right spot on the shock perch. There's slight upward notch on the perch that the end of the spring and should rest against. If not, when turning...the entire spring tends to turn with the car ever so slightly and you get that "clunk" noise.
