it was the tires...

Lexus tech found that he rotated tires and it was better...

SO I went to Coscto and asked them for refund...which they did.
since tires are defective...

I heard that Coscto tires are cheap because they buy low stacked tires....you know tires are stacked or filed...
so I went to store called AAA tires which recomemded by Lexus.
ordered new four set....going to install tommorow....

I put those Good year back...now steering is perfect...
hehe....

Interesting experience.
