id also like to hear more

i like to get a set of lowring spings that swap in to my stock ones but most of them only claim a drop of 1 inch to 1.5 inches which really isnt enough.

Are there any springs on the market that wil fi on stock struts and give a drop of 2+ inches ?

Id pay for coilovers but im scard of the ride quality as tabaka said, imnot sure what to expec with them.

^ Espilir springs have the biggest drop. People always ask what coilovers I'm on, and when I say espilir springs they think I'm lying or I cut them lol. You can probably find a used set in the classifieds. Put them over Bilsteins, Tokicos, etc.

[EDIT] I found these in the classifieds: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc4...co-shocks.html

Megan EZs coilovers are inexpensive and they ride great.

Only complaint about them, is they are not stiff enough to go ridiculously low, but you can still go lower than an SC with lowering springs.

I have Megan ezs coil overs on mine too and to me they have a good ride and for close to 700 bucks for the sent I got shipped wasn't too bad for me. Plus you can adjust how hard or soft you was your ride to be instead of having a set ride height and comfort like how springs are

I think your only option if you want to go lower than megan ez streets is more expensive coilovers like PBM, BC etc......

FYI .............. I am low enough that I barely get over most speedbumps, if I choose to go over a speedbump, I have to go super slow then bang my frame and scrape on the frame till my rear wheels go over it.

So if you want to go with a lower coilover setup, you are going to have to choose your routes, avoid driveways, speedbumps etc. I kind of wish I had gone with PBMs, but I couldn't afford them anyway.

Hope that helps you decide.

When i had my SC if I tried to do that I would get stuck. The frame on the SC hangs low, so if you're pretty low you'll have to gun it over a speed bump so you dont get stuck, or just avoid it.

Oh I know all about that life lol, My previous car was lowered on coils, so the avoiding bumps and dips isn't new to me, I still drive my stock sc like its slammed sometimes I have to catch myself, thinking I look stupid going over something at an angle monster truck status.

But I'll continue to look at pictures to see, I mean the cost savings will allow for me get my car done sooner but idk may just muscle up and get pbms

If you're worried about ride height then springs are out immediately. You will have no adjustment for height with springs, so go with a set of coilovers.

Megan EZs are the least expensive option. The BC's are bit better IMO for a bit more money.

Hit us up if you want some help with your suspension decision.

I had Coilovers before and they are not only noisy, but most of them at soft which for the most made for the comfort rather than firmer sporty feel ride.
I went back to tein spring and bilstein shock combo simply for small adjustability and sportiness/Lexus like ride
Good luck with whatever you go with
