Default Buying Stock Sport (not F-Sport) Springs

Is it possible to order the springs that come standard on the Sport / F-Sport versions of the IS from Sewell and such - you know, the ones with the 0.4 inch drop in the front? If so, anyone know the part #? Thanks.

I believe so as I'd actually looked into this.

Front springs; listed sep. for right and left sides, look for the "Sport Package" ones:

Rear springs; I see part in the diagram (PNC 48231A & B), but don't see it in the list. I only see different shocks listed out. I thought both Shocks and springs were different between the base and sport suspensions, but maybe I'm wrong about that.

Oh, I looked up '08 model so not sure what year you have.......

Great, thanks for the help. And yes, I believe the Sport / F Sport come with the upgraded Tokicos, similar to the Blues.

As for why I'd want to do this, I like the 2 finger wheel gap in the rear, but I have 3 fingers on the driver / four fingers in the passenger up front right now. So I want to get rid of some of the front wheel gap. Thought about just doing eibachs up front, but it might be too much drop without doing the back too.

Ride quality is paramount for me, because as you know Toronto roads are horrible!

I'm lowered on H&R Sport Springs on stock shocks and honestly it rides very close to stock, if not the same.

Eibach doesn't drop much is like 1 or something............

I had originally like 4 finger gap on my 250 AWD and after H&R (1.4F) Now I have 2 so that's like about 2 finger drop....so you're safe with Tein H Tech they will probably drop like 1 finger
Springs really won't do much so don't worry about it

I'm in Toronto too and I honestly don't feel much of a difference on my H&R compared to stock...a little bit more feedback from the road that's about it haha
Springs itself doesn't make much difference in drop as well as in ride quality...they're all pretty soft

EDIT
HTech 0.9F 0.3R so this would be a good option for you
Stech 1.7F 1.0R RWD only
Eibach Pro 1.4F 1.0R RWD only
Tanabe NF210 0.7F 0.7R for RWD and 1.0F 1.4R for AWD (????????)
H&R Sport 1.4F 1.0R for AWD not sure for RWD

Yeah I think that you're probably right. If I'm gonna pay for the springs & install I gotta drop more than 0.4".

Thanks for the info about the ride quality.

I ordered some Tokico HTS shocks so I should be able to tune it for a comfortable ride.
