Default Handbrake Replacement?

So I haven't found anything specifically for the SC and well not much for other Lexus so thought I'd ask you guys how to replace the handbrake handle with something aftermarket. I think for a SPARCO Settanta you just cut the leather covering the plastic handle and slide theirs on? But I'm not 100% about cutting my handle or if you can just buy a new handle and like screw that on? Any help would be nice. I'm also planning on replacing my shift **** which is just a screw on right? I know this sounds stupid because I'm 99.999% sure it's a screw on but I don't wanna waste time or money cuz I don't have a lot of that to waste =P

Seems like it should take more than just screwing the **** on and off for the handbrake...?
