AFAIK, Yes. That is why I don't want to do it myself. Also, I'm a lazy ***.

yes you need spring compressors or else... its not going to be good haha. think about it like shooting a rubberband.

labor is a killer. shouldnt be much more than what they said, like 300 bucks. luckily i own a shop so labor is free too bad you are in az!

You can rent a spring compressor from autozone at no cost, i think.

look in craigslist, there are some reputable installer there. Got mine install for 80 bucks and hes really legit
