Default Average cost to install springs

Hey guys,

Just got my H&R springs delivered today. I want to get them on sometime next week but was wondering what most shops charge for this kind of work? I definitely won't be taking it to the dealer as I hear they charge an arm and a leg.

Thanks!

I had mine installed at a dealership and it came out to almost a grand after alignment. I learned later that a bunch of independent shops did the same work for $250-300.

I just got my H&R's intsalled as well, I got quoted around 350-500 all around shops. for best pricing dont go to shops that are like big names, just a regular independent shop, got mines for 300$ with alignment.

A grand?!? Damn, straight robbery. Most shops do it for around $250

I did mine myself so it was free

I love my H&R springs. You'll definitely love them. Very nice drop and ride quality is amazing. You won't be disappointed.

I know a place that will do it for me for $120 but that is a hookup price. Most shops would charge $200+ I'm guessing, no more than $350 for sure. You can look up local shops in your area & give them each a call

I used to have this same relationship with my regular mechanic back when I lived in Edmonton. Learned a lot through him. Good times!
