Cool

Cool. My car is at Exact getting the LSD put in.

My car is getting the turbo installed starting next Monday there as well. Looks like my beast will be ready for the new year.

Lets have a meet soon or my car will be in the shop and unaccessible.

sorry for getting on this thread so late...but yeah I got the same wheels and I'm sure they only made one offset for it +38. When I first got them on, I experienced the same thing. Rubbing on fwys going straight when the roads would change vertically. Actually I think if you search the threads here, ppl who put on the same wheel experienced the same rubbing up front.

To cure the rubbing I took my car to a shop to have the "fenders rolled" Now I wasn't there so I can tell you guys exactly what they did. When I take off my wheels, it looks like they only shave the plastic down. The fenders don't look like they were rolled at all. There is also a section in the plastic that was cut. I'll try to post some pics when I get home. This worked for a few months, but recently I've started to get some rubbing on the driver's side front only when I go on fwy on-ramps accelerating and all the weight is shifted to the drivers side. Still trying to figure this one out....

Dropped by Exact today and saw your car under the knife. Brought a friend by to take a look at that tasty Camaro. Oh, and the 550HP M3 was also nice.

Yes, that's the one. It's getting a newly built engine. So the 550HP figure is what it SHOULD produce once everything is re-assembled, installed and tuned. It was something around 450 on the old engine.

I'm pretty sure John said rwhp.

The new engine is a result of the previous one blowing up. Is this guy pushing it or what?

Hopefully, they're learning from what broke on the previous motor. We saw the replacement motor sitting on a crate.

Default Speaking of RWHP

One of these days, we gotta get with a local shop one and have a dyno day for local members.

After your motor is done of course.

It'll have to be a "Group Buy" kinda dyno day. We'll have to see who will give us a deal; hopefully we can get a good referral from John.
