Coilover guys, inside!!
so since this sc suspension is still kinda new to me,i have a question for the guys running true coilovers???
do you guys have adjustable camber plates on the front premium or even cheap coils??
i can't find any pics of any sc or mk4 supra with adjustable front pillowball mounts. i see the pics for the ones for sale like ebay and what not. but some of them are for reference and aren't actuall item.
and the ones thatactually are for our cars are shot from the side. and dosen't appear to have adj camber plates(like on a nissan 240sx).
do our cars utilize these??

double wishbone = camber plates won't change camber.
sc is double wishbone front and back. racekar teknology.
you can install some camber plate upper mounts but they won't do much. it'll look pretty cool though.

no, think about why the s13/4/5's will be affected by camber plate. the coilover is bolted through 2 bolts to the knuckle/hub itself. angling the coilover, then, will angle the hub, therefore altering camber. That's pretty much how all macpherson strut systems are.
On the sc, though, you can angle the coilover all you want, but all you'll do is pivot the coilover system around its mounting bolt on the LCA. I'm sure suspension geometry will be affected, but won't do anything to the camber. You'll need to do all your alignment alterations through the arms since the arms and tie rods are the only things grabbing onto the knuckle, therefore, the only things that can change the direction the knuckle faces.
So no, HKS has no real reason to put cost-adding camber plates on the sc/mk4 coilover systems they sell.
